Booking requests are submitted and reviewed 24-48 hours upon submitting your request online. Time and dates are not guaranteed. The service coordinator may contacted you to revise your booking time if it is not available after you selection. Payment for additional services & items are due prior to service or delivery being completed. Keep in mind, the time listed is NOT guaranteed and if it is scheduled as "AM" your service will happen in our morning window from 9:00am to 11:30AM. If it is scheduled as "PM" your service will happen in our afternoon window from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. We do strive to arrive for your scheduled time however, due to many unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time. Scheduling Changes & Cancellations Changes with less than 14 days notice: Subject to a $25.00 + GST administrative fee per change. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice: The visit will be forfeited & The visit will not be rescheduled, credited, or reassigned. Service bookings can be changed or modified up to 14 days before the start time of your service with no extra fees. All additional parts and labour are charged out automatically upon approval of your special order, repair etc. Any additional charges up to $500 above the cost of your service are pre-authorized and approved by you to expedite your repair and prevent delays on service.
