You as the client have the right to know if we have an active product recall. We will inform you if you chose to create a client profile during your purchase, otherwise you can find any active and settled recalls on this page or contact us with any concerns.
Do you have a concern about a product you have purchased from us? Feel free to contact us to discuss the issue and find a resolution. If we do not handle the resolution in store, we will provide you with contact information as to where you can find answers.
If you own a recalled product you should stop using the product immediately and return it to your closest dealer. We will instruct you on to what the next steps and how to rectify the issue, pending on the recall reason.

Models Affected: ZRB46LP, ZRB46LPE, ZRB46N, ZRB46NE, VRB46LP, VRB46LPE, VRB46N, VRB46NE, MQVRB46NE2 Skyline II/III - Marquis Collection). Does not include models where it was framed with steel studs or VRB46 models where the Chase is “Vented”.
There are no other active recalls at this time.
